Do you offer a free consultation session?

Yes, I offer all clients an initial free phone consultation to discuss your goals and to provide us both with an opportunity to evaluate if we might be a good fit to work together.

Do you offer a sliding scale (low-fee)?

I do have a number of slots reserved for low-fee clients. However, given the high demand for these slots, they often are not available. Please contact me to inquire if I have any current openings for sliding scale clients.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept cash or credit card for services rendered. Payment is due at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Are you an in-network provider?

I accept Caltech student health insurance, but otherwise am considered an out-of-network provider. However, I provide clients with an insurance reimbursement form (superbill) so that you can get reimbursed for therapy fees if you have a PPO insurance plan. Please note, coverage varies depending on your provider and individual plan. Please contact your insurance provider for reimbursement rate for any services provided by an out-of-network provider.
